Amy is amazing! I worked with her as a first time home buyer. I had A LOT of questions and major anxiety throughout the process. She was truly a Godsend. With how demanding the market is right now she made sure if there was a house I wanted to see we saw it that day. House hunting was stressful but she made it fun. When I did find the right house I walked in and just knew it was the one. My offer was accepted and I had a few hours to ratify the contract. I had an existential crisis and was highly considering backing out and losing the house I loved. With only minutes to spare before the deadline she called and talked me through all of my fears (did I mention she’s a Godsend?!) and everything turned out better than expected. She went above and beyond advocating for me throughout the contract process. She also recommended another lender to me and although I was apprehensive at first I reached out and ended up getting a better rate and better customer service. Rarely do I rate someone so high but Amy is the real deal. She either knows the area or she studied a new area intensely. Her comps for me were right on point,and she was able to select a listing price that would sell. I worried that we might be a little high but she was right on the money. We had 2 offers with a 3rd on its way within about 1/2 day. She helped me select the strongest offer (2k) over list price and some other features of the contract.

On the buying she was excellent with keeping up with the builder and negotiating a great contract for me. She got me a lower price and the features I wanted.
